Inspired by the strange mutation developing on Thaddeus in the Fallout TV series, this handmade prosthetic was created as our own interpretation of what that mutation has become.
The design features a grotesque secondary mouth with irregular teeth, exposed gums, deep red interior tones, and textured flesh surrounding the opening. The uneven sculpting and distorted dental work give it the appearance of a mutation that is still growing and changing, fitting naturally into the irradiated, post-apocalyptic world of Fallout.
Handmade as a costume and special-effects piece, it is ideal for Fallout-inspired cosplay, wasteland characters, mutants, horror costumes, haunted attractions, and original creature designs.
