This prosthetic creates the illusion of a severe hand injury where the skin has been torn away, revealing the bones beneath. The design features individually sculpted finger and hand bones surrounded by darkened, damaged-looking tissue, with a flexible flesh-toned border that can be blended into the wearer’s skin using prosthetic adhesive and makeup.
The exposed skeletal structure gives the piece a striking anatomical appearance, making it particularly effective for zombie, undead, accident-victim, horror, and special-effects costumes. Additional stage blood, bruising, or wound makeup can be applied around the edges to make the finished effect even more dramatic.
